Ordering

Orders can be placed using Facebook messenger (preferred where possible) or Insta direct messaging, and can be collected in Dromore, at our Sprucefield meeting point (Sat am only) or at Taylors Ice Cream in Lisburn.

Deposits / payment can be made by Bank Transfer.

It is always best to book in early to avoid disappointment - some dates book out weeks in advance, especially weekend collection. Cupcakes can usually be fitted in with a few days notice, but for bespoke or larger orders please book earlier.

Transporting Your Cake!

We urge a everyone to read our guidelines below;

• Our Cakes are buttercream - if you touch the sides of the box or lean the box against you this will mark the cake. Please ONLY use the bottom base board for carrying and hold it away from you.
• All Cakes / Cupcakes must be kept completley flat during transport - if setting into a car, please do not set them on seats - they are best placed in the front footwell.
• Orders must be kept cool - keep air con on during transport, and NEVER leave them in the car even for a few minutes. In winter turn off your car heating before & during transport! 
• At home store Cakes in the fridge.  They do taste best at room temperature so you can leave slices to come to room temp before eating. (Don't store cupcakes in the fridge, a cool room is fine.)

Eat-by / Allergy Info

We recommend Cupcakes are eaten within 2-3 days & kept airtight.  
Mini cupcakes are best eaten on the day they're collected. Though if stored airtight they will still be good the next day also. 
Cakes usually stay fresh for around a week.  Keep them in the fridge until serving, as per above info, but once cut store the slices in an airtight container (in a cool room - not the fridge).

 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer gluten free / dairy free / egg free options - and all our products do contain these ingredients. They are also made in a kitchen that uses nuts, and even if they are not present in the ingredients, we still cannot guarantee anything is completely nut free.
